If you’re interested but unsure about the costs James Hammond operates the same fair and competitive charging policy for all clients.

By booking directly with James Hammond there are no unnecessary agency fees or hidden charges.

Minimum Booking Fee: Our minimum booking fee of £80 covers the first two hours of the performance, set-up and dismantling, travelling time and cost within a 50 mile radius.

Hourly Fee: Performance time in excess of the first two hours is charged at £30 per hour up to midnight and £40 per hour thereafter.

Travelling: For venues outside the 50 mile radius of base a charge of 28 pence per mile will be applied.

Overnight Accommodation: If total travelling distance to and from our base exceeds 150 miles then a minimum accommodation charge of £60 will be applied.

Booking and Deposits: No deposit is required but bookings will only be valid when signed contracts have been exchanged.

Payment: The contracted payment terms are cash in full at the end of the performance. Our fair pricing policy does not facilitate credit control staff hence extended payment terms against invoices cannot be accepted. Cash is preferred but cheques made payable to ‘James Hammond’ can be accepted if supported by a valid bank guarantee card.

Terms and Conditions: A full copy of terms and conditions is included with every contracted performance.
